        Memorandum of Association

        1. Name of the society shall be:-
          SHEKARER TANE
        1. The register office of the organization shall be situated at of Vill-Sudampur, P.O. -Sudampur, P.S.-Moyna, Dist-Purba Medinipur, PIN No-721644, in the state of West Bengal (India).
        1. Aims & Objects:
        2. a) To help the children of poor families for all communities and continuation of studies, and help of orphan and street children for proper health care & other activities related to their development.
        1. b) To acquire established, start, aid, run, maintain and/or manage Educational Institution, Residential Primary School, Library, Charitable Dispensary & Hospital, old age home, Orphan Home and the like without profit motive.
        1. c) To help the woman in crisis situation for their better livelihood.
        1. d) To generate awareness and take initiatives on reproductive Child Health, Mother and Child Care, AIDS, Cancer, General Health and Hygiene, Public Health among the poor people of all communities.
        1. e) To promote and encourage advancement of literacy, cultural, scientific and Technical Education.
        1. f) To arrange for Seminar/workshop of Horticulture, Pisciculture, Animal hus bandry, Tree Plantation etc. for the sake of all round agricultural development and training.
        1. g) To arrange and organize lectures, debates, discussions, seminars workshops, exhibitions excursions of diffusion of knowledge and creating public opinion on health, education human rights and environment issues.
        1. h) To organise an ambulance for free rendering service to the needy patients and to organise blood donation camp with the help of Qualified Doctors without profit making motive.
        1. i) To cultivate the spirit of culture among the people by organising various cultural programmes/functions from time to time.
        1. j) To help to organise Self-Help Group based programme for augmentation of the livelihood opportunities of the people at the grass root level as considered beneficial to the public in general.
        1. k) To help sufferer in time of natural calamities.

        1) To organize and conduct all sports of constructive, progressive and welfare works for the all round development of the locality and for the benefit of the rural people.

        1. m) To provide home, education and health facilities privileged and orphan children without discrimination of race, nationality, caste or creed & to arrange short stay home.
        1. n) The foundation shall strive for social welfare of the members of the society and general public at large, specially from Rural Community.
        1. o) To establish and maintain a Computer Education Centre for the purpose of education on computer science among the interested persons by the qualified teachers.
        1. p) To adopt sympathetic approaches for care and rehabilitation of men & Health for the downtrodden Especially for the rural population.
        1. q) An innovative approaches towards enhancement of facilities of Public Health for the downtrodden Especially for the rural populatio
        1. r) To help the handicapped persons for their education, rehabilitation, health and all round development in life.
        1. s) To do all social welfare and rural development activities including sanitation, community health, road development activities including sanitation to adopt all sorts of schemes for the welfare of the children, women, persons with disabilities and poor people mainly SC/ST and other backward categories given or supported by Govt. and other national and religion Agencies.
        1. t) To organize Anti-pollution and Environment Purification Programmed.
        1. u) To help the aged, sick, helpless and indigent persons and to provide home for the aged people unprotected girls and women in distress
        1. v) To promote National Integration and secularism various programmers are taken up with due earnestness and solemnity.
        1. w) To arrange and organize various types of Function, Festival, Distribution of books for needy students, Cultural and other activities by the samity.
        1. x) To social welfare activities including public health, hygine awareness to spread health and other development works of the locality.
        1. y) To alleviate the sufferings of animals, or other living creatures as may be deemed appropriate.
        1. z) To make people conscious and arrangement of pure drinking water (Arsenic tofp free water) and the proper use of water.
        1. aa) To make awamess regarding protection of sexual harrassment, family welfare and human rights.
        1. ab) To organized Blood Donations Camp.

        The functions and objects of the society shall always remain restricted within the meaning of Section 4(2) of the West Bengal Societies Registration Act. 1961 irrespective of any object mentioned in the present document in agreement or apposed to the said section.

        The income and properties of the society whatever derived or obtained shall be applied solely towards the promotion of the object of the society and no portion thereof shall be paid to or divided amongst any of its members by way of dividend or otherwise.
